Volvo/MACK recognizes MGM Brakes with a Blue Ribbon!
MGM Brakes attended the Volvo/MACK Uptime show this year in New Orleans on April 24-27, 2013. Volvo/MACK required the booths of their vendors replicate a parts department, with specifics to both sides of the business, Volvo and MACK. MGM Brakes designed a booth layout to comply with the specifications asked for. Our Marketing Department was awarded the "Blue Ribbon" for Best Merchandising Display! MGM Brakes will also be featured in the next editions of Volvo/MACK Shift Magazine editions.

This award recognizes MGM's 100% on time delivery record for calendar year 2011 to all New Flyer manufacturing facilities. MGM also received the Gold Level Delivery in 2010 and Silver Level Delivery Performance Award in 2009. Steve Hollander, Rich Babb, and Jeff Hartman of Western Marketing Group are representing the MGM Brakes product line in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Western Marketing Group brings its heavy duty market experience to MGM Brakes as “Field Sales Representatives” and will provide full support to the MGM customer base in the western region. This new relationship will allow MGM Brakes to provide a higher level of service and support to our western region aftermarket customer base.

starting August 2011!
When you are in a bind and stressed for time –
direct ship right to your customer’s door!
MGM Brakes is pleased to offer our new “door- to-door” direct ship service.
MGM Brakes is always looking for ways to improve our products and services and is excited to offer our new “door-to-door” direct ship service option that will allow you to ship MGM product directly to your customers without the hassle of you handling it.
All you have to do is place your order as normal with our Parts Distribution Center, let them know you would like to ship direct to your customer and for a 10% handling fee we will handle the rest.
The handling fee will be added to all non-emergency direct ship orders not shipping to an authorized branch location.
There will be no handling fee for direct ship orders in emergency situations. Emergency orders will consist of no more than four (4) spring brakes or service chambers and/or twenty-five (25) component parts and requires air delivery.
